Can I request a quote without exact measurements?
Yes. Approximate dimensions or a plan are useful for the initial discussion. The final scope and price depend on the confirmed area, existing floor and proposed system.
Can you quote from photos?
Photos help us review the space and discuss an initial direction. They may not show moisture, contamination or bond conditions, so a site assessment may be needed to confirm preparation and the written quotation.
Can I send drawings or a tender package?
Yes. Include the flooring scope, plans, project location and submission deadline. The form accepts up to three JPG, PNG or PDF files; email larger drawing packages directly to our team.
What if my project has a deadline?
Include your deadline and preferred work dates in the enquiry. Call 604-761-1605 if you need to discuss timing before sending the details. Availability and installation dates are confirmed for each project.
