Coating performance depends on the concrete and the complete system. We review the condition of your floor before recommending the preparation, repair scope and finish.
Review existing coatings, contamination, cracks, spalls, moisture concerns and drainage. Confirm vehicle or equipment traffic, cleaning products and your available work window.
Diamond grinding or other specified preparation removes unsuitable material and creates the surface profile required by the proposed system. Edges, corners and transitions need attention too.
Address damaged concrete, selected cracks, joints, drains and terminations. Moving joints require an appropriate detail; they should not simply be hidden under a coating.
Apply the specified primer, body coats, decorative flake or aggregate and topcoat within the products' application conditions. Moisture treatment is included where assessment and testing show it is required.
Review cleaning guidance, warranty terms and release times for foot traffic, vehicles, equipment and chemical exposure. Reopening depends on the selected products and actual site conditions.
Epoxy and polyaspartic can be layers of the same floor. The specification should identify the complete assembly, including preparation, primer, resin build and finish.

Moisture and traction need an assessment. A coastal location alone does not establish the condition of a slab. Test where required and compare the results with the selected system's limits. Surface texture should balance footing with cleanability; spill control and routine maintenance remain necessary.
