Compare the complete system
These materials can serve different roles within a floor. For example, a flake system may combine an epoxy base with a compatible polyaspartic topcoat. Selection depends on the slab, exposure and manufacturer's requirements.

For parkades requiring waterproofing or crack movement accommodation, a dedicated traffic membrane needs its own specification. A standard decorative epoxy coating does not provide the same design.
Work that supports the finish
We mechanically prepare concrete to the profile required by the selected system. Weak material, unsound coatings and contamination need attention before primer is applied.
Moisture readings and evidence of oil, dampness or past failure guide preparation and primer selection. Active leaks or water pressure beneath a slab require separate investigation.
Cracks, spalls and worn joint edges are assessed for suitable repairs. Moving joints need compatible treatment; they should not simply be buried under rigid coating.
For warehouses and service bays, tell us about wheel loads, turning patterns, spills and cleaning products. For garages, share photos of peeling paint, dark oil patches or water entering at the door.

Provide a written quote covering preparation, repairs, system layers, exclusions and scheduling. Work phases may be possible for occupied businesses.
Complete mechanical preparation and specified repairs, then install the primer, build coats, texture and topcoat within the product's application requirements.
Give separate guidance for foot traffic, vehicles, equipment and cleaning. Temperature, repairs and the chosen system determine the actual return-to-use schedule.

Yes. We install suitable polyaspartic coatings and topcoats, including compatible full-flake systems. The base coat, moisture limits, sunlight exposure, traffic and cure requirements determine the complete specification.
Some fast-curing systems can suit a short installation window when preparation and site conditions allow it. Installation time and permission to park a vehicle are separate. We confirm the schedule after reviewing the repairs, system and slab temperature.
Sometimes, after suitable assessment and preparation. We check moisture and the bond of existing coatings before recommending removal, repairs or an approved moisture treatment. Ongoing water entry needs to be addressed separately.
We consider wheel loads, turning areas, joint edges, impact, spills and cleaning. The required thickness, wear layer and repairs are specified for those conditions. A decorative garage system may not meet an industrial floor's requirements.
Yes. Suitable aggregate or texture can be specified for the expected contaminants and cleaning routine. No finish eliminates slipping, so drainage, housekeeping and how the floor is maintained remain part of the plan.
