Choose the floor for the space
Vehicle parking, workshop use and daily business operations place different demands on a floor. We select the preparation and complete resin system around those demands, rather than applying the same decorative coating everywhere.

This is a planning allowance, not a fixed offer. Old coating removal, concrete damage, moisture treatment, minimum project charges, access and project logistics can change the total. Your written quote confirms the current price, inclusions and taxes.
Commercial and industrial floors are quoted by their preparation, repair scope, system build and operating requirements. A garage finish and a wet production floor should not be compared on square footage alone.

Epoxy often forms the primer or build layer; polyaspartic may provide the finish coat. The right choice depends on the whole system and the slab beneath it.

A textured finish can improve traction, but no floor is slip-proof. We balance grip with cleanability and the actual water, oils or residues present.
Preparation through handover
Review old coatings, cracks, contamination, moisture risk, floor use and access. Testing and any moisture treatment follow the selected manufacturer's requirements.
Diamond grinding or another suitable mechanical method creates the required surface profile. Unsound coatings are removed, dust is collected and repairs are completed. Moving joints need a compatible detail rather than being indiscriminately coated over.
Apply the selected primer, resin build, flake or quartz where specified, and compatible finish coats. Temperature, humidity, dew point and recoat windows guide application.
Provide separate instructions for walking, parking, heavy loads and cleaning. A surface that feels dry may still need more cure time before tires, forklifts or chemicals return.
Plan around site conditions
Bright garage openings can expose coatings to UV. Where needed, we specify a compatible UV-stable topcoat and plan installation around the product's temperature and working-time limits.
Tracked-in water and abrasive grit affect traction and wear. Surface texture, prompt spill cleanup and a practical maintenance routine matter alongside coating selection.
Cold air and a cold slab are different conditions. Heating, humidity and condensation control may be needed; installation proceeds only within the selected system's limits.

They can serve different roles in the same floor. Epoxy may be used for the base or build layer, while a compatible polyaspartic topcoat can provide UV stability and wear resistance. Concrete condition, moisture, working temperatures and the finish you want guide the complete specification.
Only if the existing coating is sound, compatible and prepared as required. Loose or failing material must be removed. Repairs and contamination may add preparation work; coating over an unstable layer cannot restore its bond to the concrete.
Sometimes. Air and slab temperatures, humidity and condensation risk must meet the product requirements throughout application and cure. A heated enclosure or a different schedule may be needed. We confirm conditions before committing to installation.
There is no single cure time for every floor. Preparation, number of layers, products and site conditions determine the schedule. We confirm when walking, vehicle traffic, equipment loads and cleaning can resume separately; commercial work can be assessed for phased installation.
A finish coat alone does not resolve an active moisture source or structural movement. Testing may identify a need for an approved moisture treatment, while moving joints and cracks require their own repair detail. Some conditions must be corrected before a coating is suitable.
Remove abrasive grit, wipe spills promptly and use cleaners approved for the installed system. Avoid dragging sharp equipment and follow the supplied cleaning and cure instructions. Service life depends on traffic, exposure and maintenance; your quote identifies the applicable warranty terms.
