For a specified anti-static or ESD floor, discuss the required performance and testing before choosing a system. Ordinary decorative epoxy is not an ESD specification.

Diamond grinding or another suitable mechanical method prepares the surface for the chosen system. Existing coatings, weak concrete and contamination may require additional removal or treatment. Repairs are planned around the condition and movement of the slab.
Moisture testing and any mitigation are selected for the slab and product requirements. Active leaks or drainage problems need attention before coating. Movement joints need appropriate detailing; a coating does not stop structural movement or increase the slab's load capacity.
We consider wet footwear, fluids and vehicle routes when selecting the texture. More texture can improve traction but also affect cleaning. The surface still needs suitable maintenance and prompt removal of spills.
Concrete temperature, humidity and product cure requirements guide the installation schedule. Foot traffic, parked vehicles, equipment and washdown may have different reopening times. These are confirmed for the selected system.
Pricing depends on floor area, concrete condition, preparation and the system required. A garage with sound bare concrete and a warehouse needing old-coating removal, repairs and phased work have different scopes. We review your project before providing an itemized quotation.
Check which preparation, repairs, coating layers and finish details are included. Your written quotation should also explain exclusions, taxes, cure restrictions and any applicable warranty terms. A square-foot price alone cannot describe that scope.
