The primer, body coat, decorative broadcast and topcoat work together. A fast-curing topcoat does not make every layer ready for traffic, and a thicker coating cannot correct an unsuitable concrete base.

Preparation, installation & handover
We review existing coatings, contamination, cracks, joints, moisture concerns, traffic and cleaning. New concrete also needs assessment; its age alone does not establish that it is ready to coat.
Diamond grinding or other specified preparation creates the profile required by the coating. Unsound material is addressed and repairs are planned. Movement joints are detailed appropriately rather than automatically bridged with rigid resin.
Primer, resin build, flake or aggregate and topcoat are installed as specified. Texture, edges, thresholds and any line marking are planned around the finished use.
We provide guidance for foot traffic, equipment, parking and cleaning. Cure depends on the full system and site conditions. Phased commercial work is considered where access can be maintained.
A surface coating does not repair drainage problems or increase the slab's structural load capacity. We review moisture concerns and equipment use before selecting the resin system and identify issues that need further investigation.

The choice depends on the complete system. An epoxy base with a compatible polyaspartic topcoat can be suitable for a decorative garage floor. Other spaces may need a different primer, body coat or finish. We assess moisture, sunlight, traffic and scheduling before recommending the build.
Often, after assessment and preparation. Loose coatings, weak concrete, oils and repairs must be addressed. Moisture problems can require additional treatment, and significant slab damage may need work beyond a coating installation.
A suitably specified resin floor can support surface wear from the traffic it is designed for. Wheel type, turning, repeated routes, joints and the slab condition matter. The coating does not increase the concrete slab's structural load capacity.
Smooth resin floors can be slippery when contaminated or wet. Aggregate, texture and topcoat can improve traction, but no finish removes the need for spill control and appropriate cleaning. We select the surface around the room's use.
Walking, equipment use and vehicle traffic can require different cure periods. The product system, temperature, humidity, preparation and repairs determine the schedule. We confirm the return-to-service plan for your floor rather than promise the same timeline for every project.
Written warranties are available on qualifying systems. The applicable coverage, maintenance requirements and exclusions are reviewed with the project specification and quotation.
