Sunlight & Exterior Exposure
Standard epoxy can change colour under ultraviolet exposure. Doorways and exterior areas may need a UV-stable finish or a different system designed for weather exposure.
Cracks and joints need their own scope
Visible cracks, spalls, saw cuts and movement joints are reviewed before coating. Repairs can improve the surface and support the flooring system, but no resin coating can promise that future structural slab movement will never transfer through the finish.
